Bright & spacious 4 bed house

I have 1 double furnished room to rent in my 4 bedroom house which is about a mile from the town centre. The train station is half a mile and GCHQ is 1.1 miles away. You’re also close to the M5 junctions 10&11. It’s a reasonably quiet road with loads of free on road parking!

I’ve got 900mb/ps super fast broadband connection with WiFi, Netflix, The kitchen is fully equipped.

The house boasts a large kitchen and dining room area, spacious lounge and a west facing garden which gets the sun all day in the summer. There’s a conservatory with a gym (you can use) which leads out into the garden. You get your own fridge freezer and plenty of storage for your food and utensils in the kitchen.

I run a driving school so I’m in and out all day as my diary varies considerably. I separated from my wife of 8 years 3 years ago, we’re still friends. I have a boy who’s 7 and a girl who’s 5, they stay with me Saturday evening to Monday afternoon every week. My kids are really good fun & they’re at the golden age. They are kids though so they make noise & mess for those two days. They both go to school Monday morning. There’re really sweet kids who are respectful of your privacy. I’m kind, respectful, considerate, clean & tidy so I’d expect my roommates to be the same.

If you want time to yourself or socialise with me it’s entirely up to you. You’ll have your own space & privacy.

I do not want to live with couples but you’re welcome to have people stay occasionally so long as they’re trustworthy.

I enjoy watching tv and films and I also like to run occasionally. I have two cats who live here, they’re free to come and go as they please. I lock them in the lounge/outside during the night.

I don’t mind smokers but you’ll need to keep that outside, it’s a non-smoking house.

I can speak a bit of Polish and French if that’s any help to foreign tenants.
