We have available a large double room in a well-presented 4-bedroom detached house.
The Room is furnished with a double bed, 2 bedside tables, a desk and chair, a large wardrobe, a chest of drawers, a TV & chair. The room is located on the bottom level with a dedicated downstairs toilet with a sink.
A double-length garage is available for extra storage if needed.

The house is located within walking distance from GCHQ, Gloucestershire College and local shops. The train station is only 1 mile away. There is easy access to M5, the train station and the town centre. Outside is plenty of on-street parking (no permission needed)

We have a large south-facing garden, full of sun all day long, which is perfect for BBQs. At the end of the garden is the park.

The house has an open-plan dining-living room, 2 toilets and a shared bathroom. The kitchen has a washing machine-dryer, fridge/freezer, microwave as well as all kitchenware.

We have a well-behaved dog. She loves good cuddles, food, sunbathing and swimming.

We are friendly and relaxed people, who like to socialise, but we also respect each other's privacy.
During the week we all work hard, and on weekends and evenings, we like to relax with a glass of wine and chat.

We are open to Monday -Friday stay

Cleaner comes regularly to clean shared area.

The room can be available earlier, if required, subject to agreement.
