Don't just rent a room in a generic multiple occupancy house, come rent a room in a cosy homely home with all the mod-cons!

I have my spare room to rent in my new build house (2 years old) in town on Market Street, it is a 10 minute walk to the station, 5 minute walk straight into town or you can get to the retail parks in 10 minutes too (near the big Tesco and Waitrose too).

The room is a decent size double, furnished with a double bed. It has an en-suite bathroom with toilet / sink combo and a large rainfall shower.

The rent also covers most essentials (toilet roll, cleaning supplies, kitchen roll, laundry detergent, dishwasher tabs etc).

The room also has 2 bright windows and Sky TV.

I have 2 dogs, one Dalmation (10 years old) and a French Bulldog (2 years old), I do not expect you to have to do anything with the dogs other than enjoy their company if you wish.

The house is a new build (2 years old), very warm and cosy with all the mod-cons, well stocked kitchen with all the gadgets.

I have the fastest BT fibre internet and Sky Q with movies, Netflix, Prime TV etc.

Open plan living room, dining room and kitchen well furnished, downstairs toilet, and outside courtyard.

Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms in total (this one), my bedroom and one I use an an office.

There is also a large family bathroom (which I use).

Parking is available on a permit basis which is supplied with the room for one car in Z12.

I am a 33 year old gay male professional that works from home in sales management, I am not in your face, pretty down to earth / grounded and I have no preference on the sexual orientation of my lodger, male or female, gay or straight!

I am very clean and tidy, please just clean up after yourselves and that is all I can ask.

I am a fun chap, a little bit random, prefer dinner parties over house parties and like making the most out of life.
