Room 4 is located in the annexe at the bottom of the garden, but also has its own entrance from the street at the back of the house. It can be rented as an office or a bedroom with en suite WC and shower over bath. So if you only need an office space we can furnish to suit. The kitchen is in the main house and shared with the other lodgers.

These rooms will be let as lodgings, not Assured Shorthold Tenancy Agreements, so will suit students, contract workers, Monday to Friday lets, those who are waiting for their house sales to complete etc, which is more flexible than committing to a 6 month Assured Shorthold Tenancy. Long term stays are also welcome of course.

There is street parking for which you need to buy a permit from the council.

This property would be suitable for those who wish to study / relax in their own space, as there is no communal lounge.

Lodgers have access to a shared bathroom and a shared kitchen with other lodgers.

The landlady (retired) lives at the property which is self contained and separate from the lodging accommodation.
