Room : £120 per week
Large double room with a double bed, cupboard, chest of drawers and side table, bookshelf, a desk and chair can be made available. This room has its own bathroom facilities.

The house
There is a large front and back garden and plenty of parking on the gated drive. A small amount of storage space is available in the double garage. There is large well equipped kitchen with fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave, oven, gas hob, plenty of cupboard space, toaster and kettle etc. A washing machine is located in the utility cupboard.
There is ultra fast unlimited Wifi available with fibre optic connection directly to the house
The house is on 42 bus route between Cheltenham and Tewkesbury. Nearby is the Kingsditch retail park which has a Sainsbury's, Boots, Outfit amongst others. There is also a gym nearby. The detached house is located in countryside but has good links to the M5, Cheltenham and Tewkesbury.
There are 5 toilets and 4 showers and a bath in the house so there are plenty of facilities.
The household is warm and welcoming and friendly but respect privacy.

The household
Currently in the house there is myself, my husband, my teenager and a professional tenanting one other room.
This is a spare room in a family household and therefore no alcohol, no overnight visitors and no smoking, not even in the garden.
