On the western edge of Cheltenham we are ideally situated for M5 north & south, Tewkesbury Churchdown Barnwood Gloucester Bishops Cleeve and of course GCHQ, Gloucester Airport, Safran & GE.
12 minutes sees you in Cheltenham town centre.

Cleaning Service
Our cleaner visits weekly to look after all shared areas of the house - so no cleaning rotas. if you would rather not clean your own room for nominal charge she will dust, vacuum etc.

Off Road Parking
We enjoy plenty of parking and secure storage for bikes too.

Grown Up Share
We are a group of busy professionals enjoying life, trying to live as healthily as a full life allows while keeping the house quiet between 10pm & 6am.
We enjoy the quiet a large 3 storey villa offers plus good company in the kitchen diner while cooking and eating or privacy of your own large room.

You’ll be used to living in a share, tidy up after yourself, always put things back after you use them, looking for a peaceful, friendly house. You’ll like dogs but not have to interact with them as they live in a separate part of the grounds and accept that cats come with country houses.

We will consider short term and Monday to Friday or Sunday to Thursday to fit with contract workers arrangements as we are minutes from GE, Safran, GCHQ and many more businesses based at Gloucester airport, Kingsditch, Tewkesbury and M5 corridor.
