The house is situated on an elevated position in a quiet cul-de-sac located to AONB countryside. Cheltenham town centre and Cheltenham Racecourse are only a 30 minute walk away.
Bedroom is recently decorated & includes a wardrobe with hangers, chest of drawers, desk, lamp & office chair. Clean towels & bed linen are provided. The 32” Sony Smart TV in the room has Netflix. There is a very fast & reliable broadband fibre WiFi connection.
Walking distance to Sainsburys / Tesco / Local pub serving good food + beer garden and nearby is an award-winning Simpsons fish & chip shop.
Shared use of bathroom, kitchen, dining room & lounge. There is a downstairs toilet & a cloakroom too. Free street parking. Note also that I have a pet cat !
