IDEALLY I would like a part time lodger e. g. Monday - Friday but full rent of the room will be considered.
The property has a spacious light and modern kitchen/dining area, a separate living room and downstairs toilet.
Upstairs has the main bathroom with a shower and the 2 bedrooms. There is good sized garden also.
Parking - on the roadside (no permit required).
The property is located near to GCHQ. 10 mins walk to the train station, 30 min walk to town. Bus stop is outside on the main road 2 mins taking you into Cheltenham or Gloucester - bus is every 10 minutes. The bike path is also outside on the main road.
I am 37 years old, I work full time, I have a cat named Figgy who is 2 so you must like cats!
