The room is marked as bedroom 2 on the floorplan is £550 per month and comes fully furnished.
There is a large kitchen/diner and a good sized lounge. There are two bathrooms, 1 shower room and 1 bath and shower. The property also has a big garden that is great for the spring/summer.
Bills are included: 500mb broadband, council tax, water, gas and electricity and TV license.
This is an all girl house and I have agreed to keep it that way. The girls keep the house really nice and tidy. The girls are all mid 20s - 30s working professionals.
