We are in council tax band B.
There are 2 male occupants currently in the house, we are both quite nerdy, gaming, anime that sort of stuff, and would prefer someone who shares similar interests. Very LGBT+ friendly.
We are ideally looking for someone fun, happy, and chill. Full time employment is a must so we know you are financially secure.
The house consists of 3 bedrooms, shared living room that is full of plants, shared kitchen, shared bathroom with both bath and shower, a decent sized garden, and a basement for storage. There is a washing machine and a tumble dryer.
Tidying up after yourself is a must, I like the house to be kept relatively tidy, so consideration for us and the house is a high priority.
We are not a party house, no late night gatherings, no getting home at 3am, we are both quite peaceful and chill, so someone else like that would be preferred.
