The house is in a quiet residential area so we are looking for considerate students who are on placement or uni students looking for a quieter house.

Modern 4 double bedroom house is located in a quiet residential area within walking distance of local shops, town centre, railway station, Gloucestershire University's Hardwick and Francis Close Campuses, GE aviation and with good transport links.

The house has a large open plan kitchen/living space, wc/cloakroom, bathroom, pretty enclosed garden with drying area, plenty of free on road parking and one car parking space. Virgin superfast broadband is included in the rent. The house is very economical to heat,( please ask our existing students) due to being so well insulated with gas combi boiler and has the required safety certificates for gas and electricity.

Our aim is to provide a safe and comfortable living environment for our tenants. We are private landlords, we only have 2 rentals and do not use agents. We live 25 mins drive away so are able to respond quickly if essential maintenance is necessary.
