The flat itself is a characteristic, two bed basement flat. Despite being in the basement it's got a lot of light coming in and no issues with damp. The room itself is a double room with plenty of space for a bed, desk, tv and other furniture. The rest of the flat has already been furnished by myself but I welcome you to make your mark on the flat if you so wish.

The property is located a few minutes walk from Cheltenham high street, with Pittville Park within walking distance and local convenience shops literally on the doorstep.

I myself have lived in the property for a year. I'm a young professional working in the town centre, I appreciate the peace and quiet and keep myself to myself. I play and coach the Cheltenham and Gloucestershire roller derby team and a lot of my time is spent at training or playing the game. I do have a boyfriend who spends some weekends with me in the flat and some weekends I go visit him.

I'm looking for someone who's easy going, tidy and respectful. As a lot of the furniture already in the flat is mine, and I'm a bit of a homemaker, I ask that you're respectful of my furniture and treat the space I've created like a home.

The room is available immediately. There are admin fees, a deposit and references to be arranged before moving in as per all other agency lets.
