The rest of house is also furnished and you're free to use all the kitchen and dining bits too, providing you treat them like you would your own.

PARKING: So there is on street parking which doesn't require a permit which is a short walk around the corner from the house. Unfortunately, Greg and Laura both use the two permits we are granted for the house. There is some free parking at the end of the road that is often free but also there's more free parking areally is a short walk away and saves you an extra £100 a year.
ABOUT US:
Ben & Laura: I'm 31 and Laura is 27.
Both non smokers. I am self employed and work as a Piano Tuner and do acting/writing/producing for TV and Film. I also enjoy cooking. Laura works in Cheltenham in business software. Laura loves art, wine and vegan food.
We love our TV and movies, music and sport, use the gym regularly.
Greg: Greg is 33, a surveyor and often travels the world with his job. He enjoys cycling, UFC, hiking and the outdoors. He brings a really great energy to the house. Also a Non Smoker.
Archer: Archer is our pup! he's adorable, very friendly and wants to be every-bodies best mate. He's 3+1/2 years old right now and is as good as gold. He's very well trained and is very happy and excitable.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
Somebody who's friendly, social, tidy, motivated and looks after themselves, as well as their own space. (Fans of wine, Gin, beer, gym, good food, harry potter or game of thrones is a plus :P)
