Community Garden

This beautiful, modern home is just 10 minutes walk from the high street and less than 20 minutes walk from the train station.

A double room is available for a single occupant. The room is furnished and has use of the family bathroom. Although the room is not ensuite, when I don't have another guest you will mostly have sole use of the bathroom. The room is now available for a short term occupancy (up to 6 months) on a monthly rolling basis. I welcome viewings for those who want to stay at least 3 months. I will also consider shorter stays on request (terms to be discussed).

The kitchen and lounge will be shared with me. You will also have access to the small patio garden as well as the shared community gardens.

A residents parking permit for on street parking can be purchased from the council (approx. £5.50 per month).

Rent listed includes council tax (Band D), gas / electricity, water and broadband access (subject to reasonable use).

As I work from home, you should be comfortable having me around a lot of the time. I prefer a quiet life, so don't expect daily parties, but I'm more than happy to share the odd bottle of wine and dinner with friends.

Sorry, no pets and no smoking. For security, we will have a written agreement before you move in. Please note that reasonable cleaning fees will apply when you move out and a security deposit applies up-front. I also expect breakages to be paid for to cover cost of a replacement item.
