There is also a dentist and doctors surgery located nearby. The house is in a quiet rural location, ideal if you enjoy a nice walk or jog through the countryside. The Forest of Dean is almost on the doorstep and so very desirable if you enjoy the outdoors.

The room for let is highlighted as bedroom 1 on the floor plan. Situated on the first floor the room has its own en-suite with shower, wc and wash basin. Within the bedroom itself there is a fitted wardrobe with ample space. The rest of the house is occupied by the live-in landlord and therefore means shared kitchen and living room arrangements. Wifi, Sky tv and Netflix are all included.

Smokers are accepted however please note that this is not permitted inside the property. Pets also considered.
