Hi! Two of my housemates are moving out in mid-August so I’m looking for someone to take their rooms. The ‘middle room’ is a furnished double. There is plenty of space on the street for cars.
The double room is £460 + £135 bills (£595 total) and is available now.
If the energy crisis becomes less of a problem then hopefully the bills will come down. Bills include council tax, water, electricity, gas and fibre internet.
In the house there is another single room which Andy lives in… he works in the tower at Kemble airport. There is an annex which Bori lives in… she works for a Christian charity in London. We all go to Cirencester Baptist Church which is just around the corner.
There is a shared downstairs living area consisting of a kitchen (with loads of fridge space), living room and dining room.
It’s a pretty chilled atmosphere with a nice community feel but we like to keep it clean and tidy... There’s a robot vacuum to help! Message if you might be interested.
