Living spaces are shared, and we host only 1 lodger at any given time.

Property is within 2mins walking distance of Kingshill Meadow (which includes exercise equipment), 5-10mins of supermarkets (Tesco Extra & Aldi just over the footbridge), and 20-25mins (or 2mins in the car) of Cirencester central market square. Gyms, takeaways, various shops and amenities are all in walking distance. It’s a great location on the edge of town, with all of the above so close at the same time as having open fields on our doorstep in the opposite direction (towards Preston). Our neighbours are lovely, the estate is maintained to a high quality by a management company, and the street also benefits from having no through-traffic and is super quiet.
