There is a double bedroom and the bathroom has a large walk in shower. A washing machine is installed. The cottage would suit a professional person working in Cirencester, Malmesbury or Swindon. Lets can be 6 months or longer, but short lets are possible. The cottage is available from 2nd April.
Price includes water rates Extras are approx £90 pcm council tax, £9.00 per month wifi ....and the electricity which is metered = approx £10-£70pcm depending on season. (Electricity prices are always on the increase.)
