Monday to Friday tenant required ONLY. Must like children as I have my two girls aged 11 and 9 2 nights Wednesday / Thursday in the working week and just Thursday night the following week, although in bed at 8pm !. I have 2 jack Russells who are very quiet and love cuddles, but a good guard dogs.
The property has lots of parking with telephone entry electric gates, so is very secure. Large back garden.
Sky TV is included and also in your room ( different system to my lounge TV, so you can watch what you want) and unlimited WIFI. Bathroom is generally yours, as I have my own shower etc in my room. .
I am located on A38 at Norton a short 5 minute drive to Dowtys/ Staverton airport. 10-15 minutes to GCHQ. 10 minutes 3miles to Gloucester/ train station. Close to Hartpury College, 10 minutes Oxtalls campus. Tewkesbury/ Bishops Cleeve only 10/15
minutes away. Close to M5. Very Central.
I am self employed and would say easy going and clean and tidy. Feel free to give me a call/txt and come have a look. I'm happy for short/ long term Monday/ Friday.
