A large, private, clean room in a quiet village location for a working professional or mature student. Single occupancy only.

Rent includes all bills including unlimited Broadband.
There is a separate bath and shower room which are cleaned regularly and offer plenty of access and privacy for 2 people sharing the house. There's also a kitchen, dining room, sitting room and a pretty garden.

Parking is limited but there are options locally.

I work from home at the moment, but this may change and I also go away some weekends so you would enjoy the house to yourself on those occasions. I do have 2 very friendly dogs (cockapoos), so loving dogs is probably essential.

The village is small with a reliable garage. Co-op, fish and chip shop, social club and public house. Lovely walks and cycle tracks are practically on the doorstep.

The A40, M4 and M5 are within easy reach. I am close to the new hospital at Cinderford and other towns near are Ross-on-Wye , Monmouth, Gloucester and Cheltenham.
