Room is within a loft conversion of a bungalow , the limited height of ceiling in places may not suit everyone. It is spacious and is furnished with a small lounge area within the room, a chest of drawers, wardrobe and small sink, a desk can be provided if required. There is a small shower room which services as an en suite for sole use.
Would suit a professional person who enjoys the countryside and the peace that it brings.
Utility bills are included along with Internet and t v license.
Monday to Friday let only. Occasional Weekends are possible by arrangement , with charge. Rent payable every four weeks , four weeks in advance.
A contract will be drawn up and notice of four weeks or payment in lieu will be required please. This is negotiable if a short term let is agreed prior to rental.
Council tax is not included , all other bills are. It is expected that council tax is paid elsewhere.
There is an expectation to keep the room tidy and regularly cleaned and to bring own linen please.
