The house is a beautiful period detached house dating back to the mid 1800’s and is located in a lovely village called Falfield just off junction 14 of the M5 so ideally situated for Bristol, Gloucester and both Severn Crossings. There is a bus stop directly outside the house which is a direct route to Bristol via the motorway. This is a family home not a party house therefore very important we find the right tenant, quiet, respectful, tidy and definitely a non smoker.
