Southmead hospital - 3.4 miles
Airbus - 2.3 miles
Rolls Royce- 1.4 miles
MOD - 1.4 miles
UWE - 1.6 Miles

There are many bus stops within walking distance for transport into Bristol city centre.
10 minute drive from cribbs causeway, pub on the doorstep and large park within a 5 minute walk - if you like to get some fresh air.

I would like a female tenant that is outgoing, tidy, respectful, and independent.

I work a shift pattern so not home a lot of the time.


New bathroom and kitchen fitted and the garden has recently been refurbished.
