I have 2 spacious double room available. The house is conveniently located near major bus routes (70, 73) to town, a cycle path, and the Filton Avenue bus stop, which is just a minute away from the house. house is also in close proximity to prominent companies such as Airbus, Rolls Royce, MOD, GKN, UWE (with a 10-minute walking distance to UWE), Abbeywood Retail Park (featuring Sainsbury, ASDA, Pure Gym, etc.), and Filton Abbey Wood train station.

Ideally, I am seeking a housemate who values cleanliness, tidiness, and conscientiousness. It would be great to live with someone who is laid-back and considerate, and most importantly, maintains good hygiene practices. While I appreciate socializing with my housemate and building a good rapport, I also value my personal space and believe that everyone deserves their own private area.

All bills are inclusive in the rent. The room comes fully furnished with a double bed, complete with a brand new mattress, a wardrobe, and a chest of drawers. If any additional furniture is required, I am more than happy to provide it. The house is equipped with high-speed 260MB Fibre optic Virgin Media Broadband, and free on-street parking is available.
