The room is a newly refurbished double bedroom complete with:

- Apologies the pictures are from before my current tenant moved in, but it's easier to guage the size without her belongings in there!

Currently myself, my girlfriend & 1 other female tenant at the property.
I'm looking for someone who's tidy, calm & considerate around the house. It would be great to socialise on occasion but I'm also very respectful of people's personal space & privacy. We are all early risers, usually heading to bed by 9pm and getting up around 6am (I'm always mindful of keeping the noise down at that time of the morning). The house is a very chilled, safe space and absolutely anyone is welcome as long as both feel we'd be a good fit!
You are welcome to have friends/partners stay occasionally but please keep this to a minimum as the house would just be too busy if we all did it!
Things to note:
- We all work full time
- Not suitable for working from home
- We have a hypoallergenic cat called Fitzgerald, he's very chilled & great with people
- We share the cleaning & other household tasks
- We share the cost of essentials i. e. toilet paper, washing up liquid etc
- Before January we will have a downstairs toilet installed, a new patio with seating & fire pit, a new front door and drive
