Common Areas: The house is in great condition and features a modern kitchen, a large lounge, two clean bathrooms, and a grass garden for the warmer months.

Housemates: You’d be joining three friendly young professional engineers. We keep a chilled and peaceful vibe in the house. We enjoy sports, language learning, and a bit of gaming. We're looking for someone who is tidy, respectful, and keen to be part of the household.

The Room
The room itself is a large double and comes furnished with a comfortable recliner chair.

The location is brilliant for anyone working nearby:

- 15-minute walk to Airbus and other major aerospace companies.

- Easy access to the MOD and Southmead Hospital.

- 2-minute walk to Elm Park Leisure Centre/Gym.

- Transport: 25-minute walk / 5-minute drive to Filton Abbey Wood train station. Easy links to the M32 which takes you into town. Easy links to M5 and Cribbs Causeway shopping centre.

- Parking: We have off-road parking in the driveway, which is a major bonus!

The Practical Details
- Cost: £625 per calendar month fixed contract until 17th March. Possibility to renew contract after this period.

- Bills: Bills are not included and are split equally between housemates. Council tax band C.

- Fixed contract until 17th March 2026, then rolling monthly.
