Well presented spacious, modern ground floor room

Modern detached coach house situated in a quiet cul-de-sac and within easy reach of M5, Cheltenham, Gloucester and GCHQ. Shops and golf course are within walking distance. Ground floor room provides ample accommodation as a self-contained 'studio' style room with an en suite WC. A refrigerator and microwave are provided and if required, access to the kitchen upstairs.

The room provides access to the back garden, where you are most welcome to relax, and will essentially provide the privacy that you require during your stay.

The shower, which is located upstairs in the bathroom, is available to use at your convenience.

I am looking for a long term guest working in this area Mon - Fri although this is flexible.
