- Furniture includes ottoman bed with storage, wardrobe, dressing table, double bed and two bedside lamps.
- Includes all bills, toilet roll, hand soap and laundry detergent.
- Option for the weekly cleaner to change your bedding and towels once a week (for £5 p/w paid in cash).
- Bathroom shared by the two lodgers and not used by anyone else.
- Well-appointed kitchen with a large cupboard and two drawers for each lodger’s belongings.
- Washing machine, tumble dryer, heated airer, multiple fridges, Kitchenaid and large gas range cooker.
- Attractive garden with lots of seating/dining areas and option to use Kota Hut (wooden garden room with fire pit).

The house:
I’m a single mum living with my six year old son. We’re a relaxed household and you’ll be welcome to have friends over and overnight guests if met in advance. I run a restaurant/catering business from home so there’s no extra charge for 7 days a week occupancy, just a need for a little understanding that the kitchen may be occupied on a weekend.
