It comprises 6 double bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, kitchen with a breakfast bar an open plan living room and a conservatory.

The room is fully furnished with bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside cabinets, lamps and a desk with a chair. The room shares a fully fitted bathroom with only one more housemate.

The rent includes all utility bills, council tax, superfast fibre optic, WiFi, Netflix and a cleaner.

We accept Zero deposit where tenants need to purchase their own Zero Deposit Guarantee equal to one week's rent (non-refundable). Alternatively we also offer the option of paying one month's rent (fully refundable at the end of tenancy)

The lounge is fully furnished with 2 sofas, wall mounted TV, breakfast bar and 2 stools. The garden has a seating area and barbecue.

The kitchen is fully kitted out with double fridge/freezer, washer, dryer, 2 microwaves and all utensils, crockery and home-wares. It is a spacious room and has a large amount of storage.
