I have available one double room to let in my beautifully decorated flat. The room is furnished and available from 1st April.

The flat is a cozy two-bedroom, and compromises of an open plan kitchen and living room, a bathroom (which you will be sharing with me), your room and mine, and a private and secured parking space at the rear of the property.

The rent is £520 per month or £130 per week and all the bills are included. You can chose to pay monthly or weekly, regardless the leght of your stay, You pay only one bill, which includes Free Parking, Utilities, High-Speed Wifi, Netflix, and a Fully Furnished room to a very high standard. You will also be asked to pay £250 for the deposit, which you will get back at the end of your tenancy.

- 5 minutes walk from Gloucester Hospital
- 10 minutes walk from Gloucester train station and Gloucester city centre.
- 2 minutes walk from the bus stop, where there are buses running every 10 minutes to and from Cheltenham
- 10 minutes walk from the Gloucester bus station, where you can catch a bus to London, Stroud and Cheltenham.
- 20 minutes walk from the historical Docks, where the restaurants, pubs and bars, and shopping centre is located
- 2 minutes walk from a Tesco Express, and 15 minutes walk from a 24-hour Asda and Tesco superstore

The room is ideal for someone who works at the Hospital, the city centre and the Docks, or simply would like to live in the heart of Gloucetser. The close approximity to the train and bus station, it also makes it suitable for someone who commutes to get to work.

As per myself, I am a young professional, who works at the Hospital. I am clean, tidy, friendly and very approachable. i am looking for a like-minded professional, to share my home and maybe a glass of wine. At the same time, I am very private and respect others people privacy, so I am looking for someone who share my views and respect me when I need to take it easy and need some peace of mind after a busy day at work. I like travelling a lot, playing sports, music, reading, theatre, and musicals. There will be times when I will need to crack on with work and be around a lot, and other times you will not see me for days or weeks.
