Room to let in Linden Gloucester

Double room

We are looking for someone to share our recently refurbed 3 bed home in the Linden area of Gloucester.

It is a safe and quiet area of the city, about 10 minutes walk from the Docks, 20 mins from the train and bus station, and Lidl is less than 5 mins round the corner.

The double bedroom is spacious, cozy and quiet- it overlooks the garden, and has a built in double wardrobe and can accommodate a chest of drawers and a desk, which will be provided if you need them.

All bills are included. We have off street parking, a sitting room with wood burner, a separate dining room, and a south facing back garden. In the garage there is utility room with washer and dryer, and a gym- so lots of spaces to enjoy!

We enjoy gardening, art, film... those kind of things! We are both makers - I love my sewing and my other half is currently studying ceramics. My DH is away for most of the weekdays, so you would be mostly sharing the house with me and my lovely chug, Lola.

Therefore, I am ideally looking to share with a professional housemate, or perhaps a mature student who is kind and respectful.
