Mid- long term let of room Monday -Friday (5 nights a week maximum) unless discussed otherwise. Or very short term 7 days per week.

Area is Churchdown, Gloucester. Great location
Excellent bus services to and from Cheltenham and Gloucester running 24hours. (Not Sundays)
Cheltenham 5 min drive, Gloucester 7 minutes drive.
Short walk to Dowty’s and just off the M5.

Large double room in modernised house.

Minimum stay is 2 weeks, maximum 12 months, but timing is flexible if you want to stay longer.

3 bedroom, quiet, detached property. My partner and I sleep in one room. Third room is an office.

Large shared bathroom and T. V in room. (Use of shower only)
Shared use of kitchen (Tea/coffee included in price)
No use of Living room

Ideal for contractors etc
Garden at back of property for use. Parking on drive.

£125 per week all bills included.
£165 per week for couples.
