Early Years Teacher looking for a lodger

Hi, I am a first time buyer and I've had the property for just over 4 years and am now looking for a new flat mate😊. I am 24, very chatty and sociable. I absolutely love cooking and I'm a big lego nerd so do prefer nights in to going out every night. I work full time so would be out of your way in the daytime if you wanted to work from home. You would have your own double bedroom complete with all furnishings (double bedframe with mattress, wardrobe, a couple of chests of draws, curtains and a lamp) you would have primary/single use of the main bathroom with a bath/shower, toilet and sink so for the most part you would also have your own 'en-suite' (as my bedroom does have an en-suite with shower). There is a spacious shared lounge with a TV and a large corner sofa, a dining area with a table and chairs and a kitchen with a fridge/freezer, oven, hob, kettle, toaster, microwave, sink, a washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher and an airfryer. The kitchen is fully kitted out with glasses, mugs, bowls, plates cutlery, cooking and baking utensils. A shared iron, ironing board and cleaning materials/utensils are included. There is free parking in and around the area but no designated space. The property is ground floor with a small private outdoor area to sit in with a little garden.
