It is a really nice big 6 bed house on Henry Road. Everyone is really nice and a mixed age group in early - mid 20's.
The room available is a large attic room and has a brand new double bed in it and usual furniture. It has a vellum window so you can look at the stars when in bed. It is on the second floor. There is a main bathroom, a shower room (you share this with the girl in the room next door) and a downstairs toilet.
The kitchen diner is big with plenty of room for everything you need to put there. There is a huge table in there with benches. There is also a communal lounge with 2 big sofas..
The house and all downstairs windows and external doors are alarmed so very safe. There is a garden with a table and seating. There is also a shed if you have a bike to store.
It is a 10/15 minute walk to Oxtalls. University campus and a 10 minutes to town and close to shops to buy food. The cost is £400 a month all inclusive of bills and internet.
