March 2024.. have found amazing house in Gloucs GL1!! Looking for housemate to join me ☺️ Perfect if you work in Gloucs OR cheltenham - it is MINUTES walk from train station with frequent direct train to chelt which is about 9 mins (!), minutes walk from transport hub which has frequent direct buses everywhere, and just a short drive straight to Cheltenham! 3 bedrooms (big!) plus lounge and parking! Safe quiet street! It is located right by the Hospital. Minutes from city centre but is in a quiet tucked away hidden street! Only a few houses of Hospital staff so really quiet, safe and nice. ☺️Amazing rent for 2 people.. £900 split between us. With only 2 of us there would be a spare room and loads of space. New carpets throughout and really nice features inside. Cosy slanted ceiling in some rooms and wooden features. The only reason the rent is SO low is because the landlord wants to rent to Hospital staff so I managed to secure it through my work network! If advertised online it would have been way more monthly rent and had a queue of 19 people within hours hah... ☺️Insane rental market. HAVE TO CONFIRM BY MONDAY- please message me ASAP if interested! I'm a quiet, clean and tidy, easy going, caring and friendly young professional who works within the NHS (Acute Hospital) :-) Moving into Gloucs for the first time.

Looking for a house or flatshare with a double ensuite room please. Would love a garden or outdoor space if possible!

I have many years experience of renting and truly believe in just keeping things easy and straightforward :-)

Would be great to live with other professionals who are also hoping to have a happy, friendly and supportive houseshare where we can hopefully all become good friends and establish a nice balance of being social together, but also having our own space. Would be great to live with housemates who are also keen to have relaxed nights in together, as well as get out and about, but also respect the need for privacy and alone time in life! Balance is key haha..

I do a lot of Musical Theatre, music and dance and am also into running/gymnastics when life allows.. (although feels like it's all work no play nowadays ha!) Be great to live with someone with completely different hobbies for a nice change! :-)
