Hi! 😊 A double room will be available in a clean and friendly 4-bedroom shared house. The room is unfurnished, but it does come with a single bed and mattress.
You’ll be sharing the main bathroom with only 2 other housemates, as one of the rooms has an en-suite. There is also a separate downstairs toilet, which is really convenient.
The house has a lovely shared space including a kitchen, living area, and dining area, plus a back garden. There is also front parking available for one vehicle.
All bills are included in the rent, including:
Council Tax
Water
Gas
Electricity
The current housemates are really nice, friendly, and working professionals, so we’re looking for someone who is also tidy, respectful, and easy to live with.
