The room is furnished with modern Ikea furniture, including small double bed with storage underneath, wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk and chair, and bedside cabinets.

There is a lovely, spacious, fully equipped kitchen with washing machine, tumble dryer, fridge/freezer, microwave, oven and hob. The crockery, cutlery, pots and pans are all provided as are all the usual cleaning utensils including a vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board.

A comfortable, sociable lounge is furnished with sofa, chairs, coffee table and TV overlooking a small conservatory/breakfast room that leads onto a private, secure courtyard garden with patio furniture.

A shared bathroom comprises a bath with shower, toilet and wash hand basin.
