The room has 2 doube wardrobes, double bed and lounge area with sofa, armchair and computer desk. The room shares a bathrppm and separate WC with 2 other people. The house is currently shared by 5 guys who are all working professionals. The property is well equipped. It has a shared lounge with TV, a kitchen / Utility with dishwasher, washing machine / Tumble drier and 2 Large fridge's / freezers. To the front of the house there is off road parking and plenty of on road parking. To the side there is a double garage for storage and a large garden. All bills are included in the price (gas, electricity, water, council tax, phone, Wireless high speed cable broadband. The house is approx 1. 5 miles from the town center and is on a major bus route.
As this is a shared house I am looking for someone who is willing to help keep the house clean and gets on well with others. Single Occupancy only. Working Professionals only.
