Large double ensuite room within a spacious 3 bedroom apartment. Currently there is one other professional male tennant who has been there long term. There are council parking permits available. This room would suit another professional.
I am a private landlord who used to live with my lodger but had to move for work. I am looking for a respectful person that is easy to live with for my remaining Tennant who has been with me for a few years.
Currently I am only looking to fill one of the two spare rooms but that could change in the near future so it’s important that the dynamic within the house works nicely.
