The single room has a single bed, wardrobe, a desk and a bedside chest. Each double room has a king-size bed , fitted wardrobe, chest of drawers and a bedside chest.
The kitchen has a solid wood surface with electric hob, and a new sink, as well as an oven, washing machine, freezer, twith a large fridge/freezer and tumble dryer in the utility area. There is also a spare sofa bed in the diner area.
There are two leather sofas (3+2) in the lounge.
The bathroom upstairs is mostly tiled has a P-shape bath with shower and there is also a separate toilet downstairs.
The house is in a safe area with free off-road car parking in the cul-de-sac on a private estate, two miles west of the town centre (near GLOSCAT/GCHQ) with good access to A40 & M5. There is a regular bus service into town, with a bus stop less than a minute from the house. It is about 5 mins walk from the nearest shops and 15 mins walk from the train station. By bike (which is available) it takes 10-15 minutes to Montpellier or to the centre.
The total monthly rent of £1000 does not include any bills nor council tax although estate service charges (£20 per month) are included. Property insurance (£240 per annum is a mandatory supplement to be paid by the tenant and/or pro-rata per annual renewal.
The total combined deposit likewise is £1500, protected and refundable, subject to keys being returned and the property left in the same or better condition.
