Seeking working professional, someone between houses about to buy, or move into own home, or single student, preferably with similar interests to share my 2 bed end-of-terrace house in peaceful village.

Village is located 4 miles from Gloucester City, and 11 miles from Cheltenham Town. There is a main bus stop a short walk away to go to both (#10 bus route). Tesco shop is just under 2 miles away. 40 minute walk, or 11 mins by bike. There is a local co-op half way there. There are 2 chain pubs nearby - Beefeater and Toby Carvery.

Short term accepted, Full weeks, and part time also accepted.

Room comes furnished with single bed (draws under bed), side table, and set of drawers, small desk, and deep cupboard with shelving inside.

Basic bedding supplied, if required. Provide own towels and toiletteries.

Shared bathroom, living room, and kitchen. Access to Exercise Bike & Multigym.

Washing machine & dishwasher.

Virgin fibre optic broadband 50mbps.

Ample unallocated on-street parking available.

Bills all included, except food & your daily items. I can provide you with a cupboard to store your cupboard staples, space in the fridge & freezer if required.

Must be ok with cats. Mine is very timid, so would like someone quiet. Sorry, I cannot accept any pets for the same reason.
