New Build Apartment Available

Hi,
I have just bought a new build 2 bed ground floor apartment in Hardwicke, and looking for a lovely housemate to share with.
You will have your own bathroom across the hall and it is a spacious double bedroom.
I will have the basic furniture in their for you (Bed, wardrobe etc) but you're welcome to bring stuff of your own.

I will be studying full time and working nights/long hours so I wouldn't be there much, however when I am I would love to hang out/cook together. I am very chill, open minded and easy to get on with. If you want to smoke all I ask is that it is not inside.

There is a shared lounge, will have a sofa and smart television with netflix & amazon prime on.

It is only 14 minutes from Gloucester Uni, so perfect for another student.

Bills and wifi included hopefully. However if you are a working professional, council tax will need to be paid but you will get single occupany discount, I am a student so do not pay it.

I am happy for a couple to stay, but the rent would be slightly more. More the merrier to be honest.

The property will be available from NOVEMBER.
