Hi all,

My name is Sarah and I have a large double room available in my beautiful home in Hempsted Village, which I am looking to rent to a female working professional.
No smokers please.

The house is in a fantastic location, it is in the quiet and peaceful Hempsted village with some great walks and cycle tracks close by, but only a five minute drive or short walk from Gloucester Quays.

I am a mental health professional and I share my home with Leah, a 29 year old paramedic, and her gorgeous, well behaved dog, Roxy.

The house has a huge amount of storage space, including a secure side passage that would be ideal for bikes. The available bedroom is a very good size, and there is a beautiful garden which is well maintained.. There is plenty of parking, including a driveway. There is a lovely big open plan space downstairs with double doors that open out onto the patio. There is a new kitchen with large fridge/freezer and induction hob, and a separate utility room. Leah and I are both sociable and friendly, we enjoy living with other people and are happy to share a meal and a bottle of wine of an evening, but also will be respectful of your space and your home-time.
We are both clean and tidy people, and it is important to me that the house is well looked after and cared for.

The rent for the room is £500pm, and this includes council tax. The rest of the bills will be split equally between myself and whomever else is living there, and will be approximately £40pm. I am looking to rent the room to a female.
