En-suite king sized room & own office/sitting room

Beautiful cottage with stunning conservatory, secure garden and five bedrooms.
You will be sharing with one female with young dog and two birds.
You will have full use of the house other than the other housemates bedroom.
Downstairs there is a library/snug, stunning large conservatory, dining room, lounge with wood burner and kitchen. There is a huge garage where you can store sports equipment, bikes or belongings in.
The master bedroom is available to rent. It is the biggest room in the house with an en-suite and large built in wardrobes. There’s a smaller bedroom next door which you can use as you please as your second private room/office etc.
The other housemate is an animal loving vegetarian, quiet but outgoing, enjoys art, gardening, photography, sports and hiking.
We would like to find someone who will share the upkeep of the house (hoovering once a week, cleaning your own en-suite and wiping the kitchen down). Someone who is tidy and respectful.
If you’d like to help in the garden you’re very welcome or simply sit out in the evening sun with a glass of wine.
No party animals please.
