My husband and I have lived in the farmhouse for more than 30 years and I have run a small Bed & Breakfast business for 16 of those. More recently we have had 7 lodgers who have stayed with us for varying periods of time from 5 months to 2 years. We are used to having people in our home as we enjoy hospitality and often have friends around for meals.

The farmhouse is situated only 2 miles from junction 3 of the M50 and the towns of Newent and Mitcheldean are only 4 miles away. Your own transport is a must as we are not near any public transport routes. There is ample parking space for a car at the front of the house in the farmyard.

The double room has recently been redecorated and is fully furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, dressing table, bookcase, 2 bedside cabinets and a chair. There is also a full size fridge and a kettle in the room. The ensuite shower room has a heated towel rail and charging point for a shaver or electric toothbrush. Hot water is on demand and the bedroom is heated by a radiator.

The room rental is £150 per week and this includes electricity, water, council tax (band C) and fibre broadband. It also includes use of the kitchen and the washing machine.
