Hi, I have a large double room I am looking to rent as I am moving to bristol for work.

The house is a 3 bedroom semi detached property with gardens front and back. There is an enclosed back garden with shed storage. There is one car parking space that is secured behind gates that is available to you.

As for the interior of the house the downstairs consists of a very big kitchen area with lots of storage that opens up into a conservatory, so plenty of room for multiple people to be cooking/socialising at the same time. You will have access to your own fridge/freezer so no need to worry about losing your sandwiches. There is also a shared lounge that boasts full sky HD package.

The bedroom is furnished. The bedroom also has freeview HD on offer if you so require it.

The current tenant is live in landlord chris who is 27
