Hi, my name's Jefferson. I'm a 28 year-old self-employed professional and as I'm always travelling around the country for business, I'm offering up the rooms in my house to lodgers who can hold the fort! I've had the most lovely couple lodging for the last few years and As they are vacating, I'm keen to meet some tidy & friendly, like-minded young professionals or students to make the place a home :)

Bedroom 1*taken* - Large ground floor bedroom with king size bed, wardrobe, drawers, etc.
Bedroom 2 - Main Master Bedroom
Bedroom 3*taken* - Double Bedroom
Bedroom 4 - This is it a cosy, single-sized room but with a small double ottoman bed - fully furnished.
Communal:- 1 large bathroom, downstairs toilet, Kitchen, Living area, snug/diner, garage for storage, washer and tumble dryer

The house is located in Ennerdale Avenue, Longlevens - walking distance to bus stops to take you directly to Cheltenham or Gloucester. It is a 60's built semi-detached home with proper walls (not like some of the new builds!) and there is access to a garage for bikes, and plenty of driveway space for up to 4 cars. The living room has a cosy sofa and smart TV, whilst the kitchen has recently been revamped.

*Though I'm a 'live-in landlord' on paper, I am not often here; I'm often on the road for work, I regularly work in Nottingham, and go on adventures as much as I can! In between all this I drop by to the house on occasions to break up my travels up the M5 so you may find me quickly cooking up an evening meal in the kitchen. Sometimes I will disappear for a few weeks and so rather than just re-appearing out of nowhere like some sort of elusive vampire, I always let lodgers know in advance if there is a chance of me popping in :)

I'm very hardworking and busy but at home as a landlord i'm super chilled and open minded - prefer non-smokers but if you're nice and smoke outside, smoking wont be a deal breaker. Similarly would prefer no pets but if you have a pet baby hedgehog, or fun furr-pal who can't live without you, we can work something out.
