The house is furnished with white goods (including new washing machine, heat-pump dryer and dishwasher). There is high-speed internet, cable TV, PS4 and Xbox.
The room comes with wardrobe and chest of drawers. There is also a garage for extra storage space.
The house is in a beautiful, quiet neighbourhood surrounded by trees and parks.
Residential parking is available if you own a car. A bus stop is located just three minutes away.
Gallagher Retail Park, Asda Longwell Green Supercentre, Aldi and Tesco Express are nearby for your shopping. If you need a gym, there is The Gym Group at Aspect Leisure Park which is close by.
About you: clean and considerate person willing to make the house a home. The house is managed by a rental agency that will require that you meet their income requirements.
