We are looking for a quiet lodger for this really sunny spacious modern room. It contains a double bed. We have two cats. There is a locked bike shed and external bin store. The bus stop is right outside.

It is a very quiet neighbourhood.
The house heats up in an hour and maintains the heat/cool - it's well-insulated. You will have a bathroom right outside your door, also south-facing, with a shower and bath shared part-time with one other.

The kitchen is a communal living space, with sofas and dining table - also dish-washer, washing machine. You will have access to a downstairs toilet. The garden is available and a lovely hot spot in the Summer.

Parking is off-road with its own parking spaces and kept gardens, and a 5 minute walk to the town of Minchinhampton, where you can buy organic meat, dairy, go charity shopping or to an up-market restaurant. Lovely walks abound, and it is about 5 minutes from the Common.

Potential tenants will enjoy a family home setting . Ages of us all in the house are 11, 46 and 56.
