Room is in large detached Cotswold Stone House with large garden and off-road parking. Father and daughter (26) are the existing occupants and two cats. Professionals who are friendly but often busy with our own things.
Looking for a professional to share the living space. Large kitchen (seven ring cooker) and wood burner, separate large dining room, sitting room with fireplace and three bathrooms. Large hallway and lots of wood beams.
Washing machine and tumble dryer, dish washer and washing line.
Claim to fame - House has been used as film location for Father Brown BBC TV.
Unlimited high speed fibre broadband. Just as well as no TV in the room - we tend to stream movies instead.
Join us for the occasional meal but no pressure.
Will furnish room as required - we can discuss but am assuming bed, desk, chest of drawers. There is already a built in wardrobe.
